 Neighborhood Development Rebuilding Communities, Inc. (RCI) wants residents to be informed about the issues and events that affect their lives. Leadership Training, Technical Assistance and grants are the building blocks of positive neighborhood change.
The RCI system is known as the “Neighborhood Toolbox” a nationally recognized replicable model for other communities. The “Neighborhood Toolbox” is a community-based system of tangible and intangible tools that enhance the capacity of neighborhood residents, leaders and organizations to improve their communities. As a resident-led nonprofit organization, RCI works with individuals, block clubs, local businesses, schools, churches and other nonprofits to use the Neighborhood Toolbox as a vehicle to create a healthier and more vital community.
